Yes, Shropshire Design ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless faulty.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color in your home. You can request up to five fabric swatches free of charge via our contact page.
How can I track the status of my furniture delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large furniture items, our white-glove delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time slot.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Shropshire Design furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Some premium brands may offer extended warranties up to 5 or 10 years.
