At Shropshire Design, we want you to be delighted with your home interior purchases, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. We offer a 14-day return window for most of our boutique furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure the item is securely repacked in its original luxury packaging, including all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection or Postage

  For small decor items, please use a tracked courier service; for larger furniture pieces, we can coordinate a specialist white-glove collection for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item is in its original, resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
